Please note that due to import and labelling restrictions, we are not able to supply concentrates in their original drip tip bottles. All product photos are for illustrative purposes only and do not reflect the packaging we use for this flavour concentrate. All flavour concentrates available through Vapoureyes are rebottled under license from bulk sources provided directly by the manufacturer in our clean room bottling facility using 30ml (or larger where available) flat cap bottles with thermally printed labels.
Gelato starts out with a similar custard base as ice cream but has a higher proportion of milk and lower proportions of cream and eggs (or no eggs at all). Churned at a much slower rate, incorporating less air leaves gelato denser than ice cream. A bit smoother and less dense than a strawberry milkshake. For people who are looking to lighten their strawberry blends, use this!
