Can you supply nicotine?
No. Nicotine is a Schedule 7 Poison and cannot legally be sold in Australia. As a consumer, it's legal for you to order a personal supply of nicotine from overseas companies, but we legally can't assist you in any way.
Can I pre-order hardware?
Sorry, we don't do pre-orders, it's messy and risky and product manufacturers often blow past their projected release dates.
Can you let me know when a particular product is back in stock?
Sure, we have an in-stock reminder form on every product page. If you're viewing a product that's out of stock, there'll be a form asking you to enter your email address where the "add to cart" button normally is. Just enter your details and we'll automatically send you an email as soon as more stock comes in.
When will my order ship?
99% of the time, orders placed before 9am (Adelaide time) will ship on the same business day. Orders placed after the 9am cut-off will typically ship the next business day.
Where is my tracking number?
We automatically update parcel tracking numbers between 4pm and 6pm most days, and you'll be sent your tracking number via email. If you entered your mobile phone number during checkout, Australia Post will also send you a text message.
How long will it take for my vape-mail to arrive?
Within Australia, we ship via Australia Post's Parcel Post and Express Post methods.
Express Post is an overnight* service to postcodes within the Australia Post Express Network, which is pretty much everywhere except rural and regional areas.
*(Please do not email us if your parcel does not arrive overnight- while we understand your frustration, we have absolutely no control over the Australia Post network!)
Parcel Post is Australia Post's standard service and usually takes 2 to 6 business days.
