Please do not use this contact form to ask when your parcel will ship. When your order is fulfilled, we'll send you an automated email containing the tracking information, and Australia Post will send you an estimated delivery date. You'll also receive a notification from Australia Post when your parcel is out for delivery so you'll know when the postie will arrive. Tracking information is usually updated between 4pm and 6pm every day.

If you want to lodge a return request, please follow the returns process on our Warranty and Returns page. Do not use this contact form to lodge a request. If you're following up on a return request, make sure you include your return authority ID - without it, we won't be able to look up your information.

If you're wondering whether we're going to be stocking or restocking a particular product, make sure you're following our Facebook page as we regularly announce new or restocked products there. Please note that we aren't able to offer pre-orders on new products, nor are we able to reserve specific items for you to purchase at a later date.
