Cucumber is a familiar vegetable in the produce section of every grocery store. Cool, crisp and tasty, cucumbers have a taste and texture that is reminiscent of melons. Apart from the obvious pairings of salad and sandwiches it goes surprisingly well with mint and more than a few fruits. What will you create?
